Navigating Success: Kimberly Davis-Riffe of KPMG Shares Her Journey

I’m excited to welcome Kimberly Davis-Riffe, Senior Partner and Advisory Market Leader for KPMG's Greater Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. With over three decades of experience in financial services, Kimberly has been recognized as one of HousingWire’s 'Most Influential Women in Housing' and is a leader in strategy execution, people development, and community impact. I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly during my time at KPMG, where I experienced firsthand her exceptional leadership and her ability to inspire and empower those around her. Around that same time, my daughter Jacquelyn was navigating her way through college and making her first big career decisions. Kimberly’s example as a strong people leader was a source of inspiration for me as I guided Jacquelyn through that important period in her life. We’ll dive into Kimberly’s insights on leadership, success, and navigating today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
